MyOLTOLT management for ISPs

ZTE OLT Beta

C300 · C320 (ZXAN) · C600 · C620 · C650 (TITAN). Log in as an admin and run the commands below.

Beta: monitoring, authorization, VLAN, reboot and delete work. Tell us your model and firmware (show version) when you sign up — we test every new ZTE customer's OLT with them.
The OLT sees MyOLT coming from your MikroTik's IP in the OLT network (e.g. 192.168.88.1) — allow that address if you use access lists.
Easiest way: you only need step 3 (a user for MyOLT). Leave the SNMP field empty when you add the OLT — the panel creates the SNMP community and saves the OLT config for you. The SNMP step below is only if you prefer to make it yourself.

Your values

Type your own addresses once — every command on these pages changes to them, ready to copy. Stays in this browser only.

  1. Config mode

    configure terminal
  2. SNMP read community optional — automatic

snmp-server community myolt-ro-7Hq2 view AllView ro

If the AllView view does not exist on your firmware, create it: snmp-server view AllView internet included

  3. User for MyOLT

    username myolt01 password ******** privilege 15

Privilege 15 is needed for ONU authorization and service-ports. Keep your other users as they are.

  4. Telnet allowed

Telnet is on by default. If you limit it with an ACL on the VTY lines, add your MikroTik's IP to that ACL.

  5. Save

    exit
    write
  6. Check

    show snmp-server community
    show running-config | include username

Panel → OLTs → Add → real IP 192.168.88.10, model Detect automatically, telnet user myolt01 and password, SNMP empty → Save.
