What we need from you

Everything is filled in by you in your own panel — you never have to send passwords to anyone by WhatsApp or e-mail.

You provide

• Your own panel, web address and HTTPS certificate.
• Your private WireGuard keys and a ready MikroTik script with your network in it.
• Your own address range (10.250.N.0/24), isolated from every other customer.
• The SNMP read community on your OLT: a random name, read-only, saved on the OLT — you do not type any SNMP setting.
• OLT model detection, board and PON port discovery, all ONUs imported with name, serial, status and signal.
• Polling every minute, light every 15 minutes, alerts, daily config backup, status history.

Security

• The tunnel is encrypted (WireGuard); your OLT is never exposed to the internet.
• Your panel can only reach your own tunnel — not other customers' networks.
• Use a separate telnet user for MyOLT, so you can see every command in the OLT log and revoke our access any time. Every command the panel runs on your OLT (including the SNMP setup) is also in your panel's Activity log.
• Every change made in the panel is logged with the user's name (Activity log).

Trial and plans

The trial is free for 7 days with 1 OLT. After that we extend your account by plan and number of OLTs — contact us from your panel. Your data stays with you; if you leave, we delete it on request.
