show running-config | include login-access
If you see login-access-list ... deny ... lines, add your MikroTik's IP in the OLT network
(example 192.168.88.1) for SNMP and telnet:
login-access-list permit telnet 192.168.88.1 255.255.255.255
# only if you make SNMP yourself (the panel adds this line for you otherwise):
login-access-list permit snmp 192.168.88.1 255.255.255.255
No login-access-list lines at all? Then nothing is blocked — skip this step.
Use the OLT's web page: System → User Management → Add, level Administrator, for example
myolt01. (Or use your existing admin login.)
exit write
Panel → OLTs → Add → real IP 192.168.88.10, model Detect automatically, telnet user and
password, SNMP empty → Save. If the OLT has an access list, the panel also allows SNMP from the same address
that telnet is allowed from. The panel reads each ONU's light over telnet, so the first full poll of a busy 8-port OLT
takes a few minutes.
| Feature | V-SOL |
|---|---|
| ONU list, online/offline, cause, distance, Rx light | Yes |
| Reboot, VLAN on LAN port, delete, description | Yes |
| WiFi name/password of V-SOL ONUs (from the OLT) | Yes |
| TR-069 pushed from the OLT to third-party ONUs (Huawei, ZTE, China Mobile…) | Not possible — the OLT refuses it for non-V-SOL ONUs; set the ACS on the ONU itself |
